Every PetVeya camera is covered for 1 year from the date of delivery against manufacturing defects under normal indoor use.
What is covered
Defects in materials and workmanship that cause the camera to stop working as intended.
What is not covered
- Damage caused by accidents, drops, liquids or misuse
- Unauthorized repairs or modifications
- Normal wear and tear
How to make a claim
Contact us through our Contact page with your order number and a short description (or photo/video) of the problem. If your claim is approved, we will repair or replace your camera.
